Hello! Well here it is the New Year and I really hope you all had a most enjoyable time during the last weeks. I had the chance to spent a few days at home and so I found some time to finish a few small projects and start a new one too. But before I will show you them, here is the final part IX of OtmarHadaiers travelreport to the tankmuseum in Saumur.
From my own collection of aircraft comes another tiny helicopter This time a machine which I named "Goldfish Bowl" for an obvious reason. Just take a look for yourself and I really hope you like this one.
Within the next few days I will establish the webshop on this site and I will finally be able to accept orders for my book. I only have to check the proper shipping costs for all the various countries. Additional we will have a new design for this website which will be introduced pretty soon as well. So you see the new year starts with a lot of new ideas and some interesting things to come. So, please feel free to come back for more and as usual: keep on modeling, René Hieronymus

Hello and welcome back again.
Today I have a rather nice and slightly bigger update. Erich Blaickner is here again with another of his aircraft. This time he presents us a classic US Navy fighter, the Crusader F-8E. I hope you like this colorful CAG bird as much as I do.
I have been busy as well. During the last days I fought some battle with a kit which turnedout to be a real nightmare. Almost all parts were useless and finally I used only 9 parts from the kit. All the rest had to be scratchbuild. The only good thing about this was the fact that this kit was rather small, how small? TINY, thats the reason why I call this eggbeater: Teeny Weeny. Have fun with my smallest model so far!
Additional I will post part VIII of Otmar Hadaiers travelreport of the tankmuseum of Saumur.
The year 2008 is coming to an end and I would like to say thank you very much to all of you for visiting my website. In the next few days we will have some major changes here, which I really hope that you will like just as much as I do. I will let you know as soon as I will start to make those changes what it is all about. My book about the USS Sangamon is finally at the printing company and I'm awaiting the first batch any day. Assoon as I receive them, I will open the webshop on this website and I will finally be able to take any orders.
Most of all I would like to wish you all a happy and very successful new year 2009!
Keep on modeling and I hope to see you all again. René Hieronymus |

Hello and welcome to my last update before Christmas!
During the last days I have been working on a new diorama, something I have not been able to do for quite a few years because of these large ship models which take up so much time. And oh my did I enjoy this! Due to the fact that there are such a lot of ideas for additional dioramas in my head I have decieded to build a few of them, besides the ongoing ship model project. So here it is my brandnew dio which I called "Almost at home" I really hope you like it and as always if you have any questions or comments even critiques, please let me know.
Additional here is the next part of Otmar Hadaiers travelreport about the tankmuseum in Saumur. For the next year we are already planing a couple of more visits to various other museums, so if you want to see what we are about to do in 2009, please feel free to come back.
Finally I would like to say thank you very much to all of you, for visiting my little website and most of all I wish you all a peaceful & merry Christmas! Keep on modeling, René Hieronymus |
